"I was the Executor and Successor Trustee of one of the largest residential estates in Marin County over the past decade. Twelve of the estate properties were located in Sausalito and Belvedere. There were decisions to be made on repairs and preparation that would affect the final yield. There were lawsuits and legal issues to address – Peg spent a significant time dealing with my attorneys and looking out for our best interests. Many unexpected issues came up during the marketing period that you would never imagine. Peg was always on top of these issues and I always had peace of mind with her steering at the helm (Sausalito term).

I learned much about Peg during the three-year period that I worked with her. First of all, she loves her job because people are important to her. She sincerely cares about everyone. Clients are not just casual acquaintances; I’ve observed that many of her clients have become long-term friends. I’ve met several of Peg’s past clients and they all feel the same as I do.
